It is best to begin hydrating the day before your arrival to Brian Head.*Stop in one of the towns below to have a meal, that will ensure you are not making the climb on an empty stomach and give everyone a chance to start to acclimate to the altitude change as the towns below are approximately 6,000 ft elevation.*Take lots of Vitamin C, it will help you adjust more quickly.Due to heavy snow fall during the winter months, driving to our property may require chains/cables or 4WD/AWD. Please monitor the weather for the area on your travel dates. For most accurate conditions please use www.noaa.gov (Zip Code-84719). We always recommend traveling to our property with the appropriate provisions for winter driving conditions regardless of weather forecast.We do have a limited gift shop however, if you are arriving late at night be advised that the restaurants and stores in our town close at an early hours, so you may want to have a meal before heading up the mountain.
